On Earth as It Is in Heaven — Craft Ideas for The Lord’s Prayer: Part Four. In the Lord’s Prayer, we pray that God’s kingdom would come, “on Earth as it is in Heaven.” We know that Heaven is a far cry from Earth, but that we can rejoice in God’s kingdom and Lordship. Yet we also wonder: what is Heaven like, and why should I care? These crafts consider the wonders of Heaven and our joy in it. They pair with our On Earth as It Is in Heaven Sunday School lesson and our Our Ultimate Hope children’s sermon — and if you’d like the whole prayer in a print-and-teach format, start with the free sample lesson from Prayer Power Lab. Let’s get crafty!
